As your personal coach, my job is to empower you to find your own answers and provide encouragement and support in areas such as career, wellness and health, relationships, money, time management, and quality of life. We can work together on any or all areas of your life, and I can help you make any kind of change that you want to make, big or small. Some examples of coaching goals are:

Positive psychology and my MentorCoach training are an integral part of how I will work with you. This means that we will start with what you want, and I will use my coaching skills to empower you to find your own answers and to support you on your path as you make important choices.

Though my job as your coach is to help you, I am not the expert on you and your life. You are the expert on you, and I will listen deeply to you. I believe you are creative, resourceful, strong, and whole, and the relationship between us is a collaborative alliance.
MentorCoach Life Coach Training Program
I am currently in training to become a certified coach through MentorCoach. This state-of-the art coach training is based on the science of positive psychology, which makes MentorCoach different from other coaching programs. Positive psychology is the study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals to thrive. Researchers look at what works for people, that is, what makes them more functional, happier, and better instead of what is wrong. Alex Linley defines positive psychology as “a science that strives to promote flourishing and fulfillment at each of the individual, group, and social levels . . . a science that studies what makes life worth living.” Positive psychology assumes people are basically healthy, resourceful, and motivated to grow.
I offer a complimentary phone consultation so we can determine whether we are a good fit.
My office is located in Salt Lake City, Utah close to the downtown area.
Most coaching sessions are 55 minutes. Most of my clients meet with me once per week. You may end our coaching work at any time.
